Erasmus+ Local Needs Assessment Tool
An AI-powered platform that transforms local socio-economic data into structured needs assessment reports aligned with Erasmus+ 2021–2027 priorities. The tool helps local authorities, non-profit organisations, and educational institutions generate submission-ready needs assessments for European Union funding programmes.
What is a Needs Assessment?
A needs assessment is a mandatory component of Erasmus+ project applications. It documents the socio-economic context of your organisation and territory, justifies the need for European cooperation, and aligns your project goals with Erasmus+ priority areas such as social inclusion, digital transformation, environmental sustainability, and active citizenship.
Supported Programme Types
The tool supports all major Erasmus+ action types: KA1 (Learning Mobility of Individuals), KA2 (Cooperation Partnerships), KA3 (Support for Policy Reform), Sport (Small Collaborative Partnerships and Not-for-Profit Sport Events), and Jean Monnet activities. Each programme type has its own template with pre-mapped indicators and narrative structure.
Data Sources
Reports are generated from 14 official EU data sources including Eurostat, the OECD, the World Bank, and national statistical offices. Over 100 indicators cover economic performance, employment rates, education attainment, social exclusion, digital skills, environmental indicators, and demographic trends — all aligned with EU2030 and Erasmus+ priority frameworks.
How It Works
Select your organisation's country and region, choose your target programme type, and the tool automatically retrieves the latest statistical data for your territory. An AI model then generates a structured, evidence-based narrative that you can review, edit, and export as a Word document or PDF. The whole process takes under five minutes.
